Should your Pilates Reformer be purchased as a Pre-Order item, the expected dispatch timeframe will be clearly noted on the product page. You will receive an update once your order is scheduled for delivery from our warehouse and will be updated on the status thereafter.
In-Stock:
'To-Door'
Reformers that are in-stock and being shipped via our 'To Door' delivery methods are dispatched within 2 business days of your order submission. Our delivery partners will provide you with updates once your order is on its way so that you can track its progress.
We do all the heavy lifting... literally. All that we request you prepare for when your Reformer arrives is to have your space clear and any pets secured.
How much space do I need around my Reformer?
We recommend allocating a minimum space of 3m (L) x 1.5m (W) (approximately 9.84 feet (L) x 4.92 (W)) to use your Reformer effectively during all exercises. The pulley/pole end of the Reformer can be flushed against a wall or piece of furniture, ensuring that the foot bar end of the Reformer has adequate space to adjust or insert the jumpboard.
What flooring is suitable for my Reformer?
Like with any piece of furniture in your home, we recommend extra protection for the flooring underneath the Reformer. Something non-slip is always a great option for stability.
Our reformers come with a comprehensive warranty—10 years on the frame, 3 years on the springs, and 2 years on parts.
